How Can I Track My Order: Priority Express Shipping

We love all our overseas aussieBum mates, and are happy that we are able to offer Priority Express shipping so you can get your hands on your new aussieBum items as soon as possible!

Our Priority Express shipping option is provided by DHL Express for the majority of countries around the world

If you're in the USA, Priority Express shipping is handled by Seko. Please refer to our Seko article here

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will automatically send you an email letting you know it is on its way!

This email will contain your Tracking Number, which you can use to follow your order's journey to you.

Clicking the link will take you directly to the DHL Express Tracking Website.

Please be aware that DHL Express deliveries may be assessed for duties and taxes that are not covered by aussieBum. Failure to cover these charges will result in your shipment being returned to us or destroyed by authorities in the destination country. When you go ahead with DHL Express, you waive your rights to a refund should you not accept the duties and taxes charged by the authority in the destination country. DHL Express deliveries are not part of our VAT refund scheme.
