If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, aussieBum are happy to exchange item(s) for a different size/colour/style, or issue a voucher/refund upon receipt, provided they meet the requirements our Change of Mind policy.

You will need to include your full name, order number, and items you are returning.

NB: Customers are responsible for any incurred shipping cost of Change of Mind returns.
aussieBum does not provide pre-paid return labels.
aussieBum recommends customers send returns using a delivery service that insures for the value of the goods, and includes a tracking reference.
- As soon as your return parcel has been received by our Returns Team, we will send you an email letting you know!
Exchanges for the same range in a different size or colour will not incur any additional charges.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different range, and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.
If preferred, we can also refund you in the form of a voucher.
Should we be unable to refund the original payment method, we will reimburse you in the form of a voucher.
Are there any items excluded from the returns policy?
In accordance with our Change of Mind policy; Sale items, promotional gifts, product bundles and multi-pack discounts are ineligible for return for refund or exchange.
We are of course happy to exchange or refund items if there is a manufacturing fault. Please refer to our Faulty Product article
