You'll just need your order number and the email address linked to the order.
We can then provide you with all the info you'll need on the current status of your order.
We endeavour to have orders packed and dispatched within 2 business days, however during busy sales periods such as Christmas, there may be some delays.
Any delays will be advised on our website.

Quick Note: If your order was placed by our Customer Service Team rather than by yourself, the status can't be checked on our Track My Order page. These order numbers always start with an ‘E' or an ‘M'.
