We know you want to get your hands on your new aussieBums as soon as possible, so if you're waiting longer than expected for your order to arrive, first try these quick solutions to common problems.
Quick Check List:
- Double-check your shipping confirmation email to confirm that your delivery address is correct. Be sure to also check your Junk/Spam folder!
We do our very best to dispatch orders from aussieBum HQ within 1-2 business days, but when it's busy, especially around busy shopping periods (particularly Christmas and major sales periods) it may take a few days longer to finalise orders.
If you have not received your shipping confirmation within a maximum of 5 business days from placing your order, please contact email@example.com
- Use your tracking number to see if your parcel is still on its way.
- Double-check your inbox for a notification email from your local Post Office. This may have gone straight to your Spam or Junk folders.
